These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Locus 2k26 Tech Fest registration website and participation in the events organized under Locus 2k26. By registering and making a payment, you agree to these terms.
Event Registration
- Only individuals who have successfully registered and completed payment are allowed to enter the corresponding event venue.
- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the organizers.
Reporting at Venue
- Participants are required to be present at the event venue before the scheduled start time.
- Late entry may lead to disqualification or denial of participation, at the sole discretion of the event coordinators.
Code of Conduct
- Participants must maintain proper decency and discipline within the campus and event premises.
- Any form of misconduct, harassment, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate disqualification and removal from the venue.
- Participants are expected to respect faculty, organizers, volunteers, and fellow participants.
Payments & Refunds
- All payments made towards event registrations are final and non-refundable.

Event Changes
- The organizers reserve the right to modify event schedules, rules, or venues if necessary.
- Any such changes will be communicated through official channels wherever possible.
Liability
While reasonable care will be taken for the safety of participants, the organizers and the institution shall not be held responsible for any personal loss, damage, or injury occurring during travel to/from the venue or during the event, except as required by applicable law.
