Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all registrations and payments made for events conducted as part of Locus 2k26 Tech Fest through this website.

No Refund Policy

All payments made for event registrations are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once a participant has successfully registered and the payment is processed, the amount will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal reasons
• Absence on the day of the event
• Schedule conflicts
• Issues with travel or logistics

Event Changes or Cancellations by Organizers

In rare cases, if an event is cancelled or significantly rescheduled by the organizers, suitable alternatives (such as shifting to another slot or event) may be provided at the discretion of the organizing committee. Any such decisions will be communicated through the official channels of Locus 2k26.

By completing the registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
